What we collect

When you generate emails, we temporarily process your resume text and job description through our AI provider (Kimi/Moonshot). Your original resume and job description are not permanently stored by default.

Saved results contain the generated email text, summary fields, and tracker status — only what you choose to keep.

What we do NOT do

ResumeReach does not read your Gmail, does not read your Outlook, and does not send emails on your behalf. You copy and send emails yourself.

AI-generated content

Emails produced by ResumeReach are generated by AI. We do not guarantee their accuracy, and you should always review and personalize them before sending. Recipients are not notified that the email was AI-assisted.

Account data

If you sign in via Google or GitHub, we store only your email address and display name. We use this to link your generations and tracker items to your account.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication, session security, language preference, and cookie-consent memory. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

Payment data

Payment processing is handled by PayPal. We do not store your credit card or bank details. We store only your subscription status, credit entitlement, and PayPal transaction identifiers needed to reconcile purchases.

Your rights

You can request deletion of saved results or full account deletion by contacting us at the email below.
